Cancellation policy
~ Out of respect for our staff's time and recent last minute cancellations and no shows, this policy is now necessary.
To reschedule a new appointment, IF you cancel or reschedule:
Less than 24 hours notice: MUST PAY 50% of the reserved service amount
Less than 4 hours notice: MUST PAY 75% of the reserved service amount
NO SHOW FEE: MUST Pay 100% of the reserved service amount
2 or more such events will then require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book an appointment
